Customer Relations Part 1

Sometimes interns have to talk to customers. It’s not often, but sometimes it’s unavoidable, much to management’s regrets.

Interns, unfortunately, have rarely developed filters for what customer’s should and shouldn’t know. Sometimes these customers don’t know how to interact with others and while we’d all like to tell them, doing so doesn’t usually help. So we try to train the interns to be diplomatic about it.

Ricky(tabby) here was just about to inform the customer about their bad attitude when Lucy(white) very adroitly stepped in to stop a disaster from happening. Luckily they’re related, so Ricky is used to being sat on to stop him from doing something stupid.
